Still too new to make a decent judgement about it's nonstick durability.

All nonstick pans work great when new. I have used this Ninja for only about a week. It has already warped very slightly; an egg will move to the outer part of the pan when cooking. Otherwise, build and finish is good. Heats up quickly and evenly. Thickness of the pan is about 3mm.
