  Seller packaged this item with another jug, unfortunately USPS broke this jug. Seller sent refund immediately and communicated quickly. Shipment was late because USPS shut down service for a week due to bad weather. Sometimes things happen out of anyone's control and it is a matter of how it dealt with.
