Awesome snow cones!
1 of 1 found this helpful This machine works amazing for shaving ice. It is incredibly easy and quick. You can even control the fineness of the ice shavings by applying more or less pressure to get a slower finer shave or faster to get a larger crystal. It is a little bulky to store away in a cabinet, but it fits right next to the waffle maker and will get more use during the year than that gets I’m sure.
The blade is tucked inside the opening nicely and the machine won’t operate if the handle is up so it is good for my kids, although I honestly won’t let them near it.
We will see how long the blade lasts but it looks fairly easy to switch out if ever needed. Best of all there are no awful plastic parts attached. All metal and stainless steel so there isn’t that one vital part you know for sure will somehow get broken in the first 6 months!
