  BAD CUSTOMER. Had to put POSITIVE bc it's the only way to leave feedback. Insisted on getting a used game cheaper from us, and we agreed to sell the item cheaper. The game had pictures of it working. Customer contacted us claiming it wasn't working the day he received it...3 weeks after receiving it. Then lied about us "ignoring" him despite us offering our apologies and a full refund if the item was returned. Then proceeded to state he wanted a partical refund but didn't want to return the item
