Good quick bread
A friend showed me this book and I just had to get one of my own. With it I have made some of the best bread I have ever baked, with the least worry and effort. The process and the recipes are very forgiving.

A good product at a great price. Not super heavy duty, but not flimsy, the shape keeps it rigid. Deep enough to keep the shelves clean.
