VERSATILE, BUT OH SO NOISY
I can get just about anything I would ever want out of this compressor. But it is the noisiest pedal I've ever owned. I ran a noise reduction in front of it; didn't help a bit. Great with a distortion box, but worthless for clean sustain.

CAN'T BEAT THE PRICE
1 of 1 found this helpful It is small, mounts solid, easy to see, even in daylight. I really like the green setting. The only problem I have is there is no brightness level control. It's set at a very bright level for both colors and tends to blur the target.

Personal taste will decide. Don't buy without trying.
2 of 2 found this helpful Works just like the Big Muff Pi. Has a little too much fuzz for my taste. I prefer the overdrive harmonics my tube amp produces. Definitely nothing like a modern distortion effect. Does create tons of sustain, which is nice in a blues song, but just too much saturation goes with it.
