  Hard to find a good seller where the phone actually matches the description. I went with this seller because they offer returns and sometimes there are mistakes in the listings -- it says it's unlocked when it's not really. So I am grateful this seller offered returns, even though I didn't need to return anything, it was exactly as described!

  Thank you for the kind words. However, the phone was unlocked as in not locked to a specific phone service carrier. I also don't offer returns, but I do refund orders if requested before shipment is complete. Thanks again for your positive feedback.
