Tamron 17-50 w/VC is a terriffic lens for many uses.
All the hype, and it is all true! My wife has a collection of Chinese snuff or perfume bottles hand painted to the inside meticulously and are called noted art work from the Chinese. This lens picks up every detail while connected to one of our Nikon D7100. We have a Nikon 60mm macro which is superior, but this Tamron 17-50 lens is a close runner for the sharpness and color contrast, and that's before looking at it in Adobe photoshop for enhancements. Outside in any light you will not be disappointed. Studio portraits should be a snap too, although we do not do this kind of photos. So enjoy.

First Apple product
2 of 2 found this helpful I have using a SS T4 for years and have no complaints, however so many of my acquaintance's are using Apple phones and tabs I thought I would give it a try. Now I am way past the official retirement age but had lots of practice with tabs. So was somewhat easy to set up, you know with Apple got to have an account and that 6 digit password so got pass that and into what it does. It does everything for me just fine. This tab is without phone gear. The screen is very brilliant and the ios moves from page to page quickly. Of course it comes with all the Apple stuff apps and more than I will ever use. It is light and with a good case for protection still not too heavy.

Lot of camera for the money
Your really have to use this camera to really appreciate it for a DX format. I have put it through many different and difficult shoots and tho I do have adobe photoshop my final work was nearly flawless, and I am not a highpaid pro photojournalist. from a fisheye to a 600mm long lens I have great, great shots. For the money you will get far more payback unless U go to FX format and the big$ $$$. Happy shooting.
