Not that great.

This pic was not the one in the listing. You can't lay it flat because the USB cable plugs in the back instead of the end or base. The LED indicator lights can't be seen when the phone is on the stand. Getting the phone in the charging zone is tricky. I does work but not easily, but it was cheap.

Good basic maintenance book, sparse on repair.

This book is for non-mechanical Band Directors and those wanting learn the basics of instrument maintenance. It seems to be more in depth on woodwinds. This book is not for those wanting to do serious instrument repair. One thing I really take issue with is his recommendation of using vasoline or lanolin as tuning slide lube for brass instruments. Slide grease is cheap and infinitely better. This book would be ok for a high school student wanting to learn more about their instrument or basic info for a new Band Director. I wouldn't recommend it for someone wanting to do restoration level repair or instrument building.
