Tracey Mallet: 6-Minute Quick Blast
I love this DVD. The women exercising are not rail thin. There are 6-minute sessions for upper and for lower body. The 6-minute timer shows up on the TV screen as you are working through the routine. The great thing is they are exercises I can do at the age of 60, and if I don't have time to do more than one 6-minute session, I can go back later in the day and pick one. My body feels it even after only one 6-minute workout. This is great for busy people trying to "squeeze" in some sort of work-out routine.

Super Product
This product works. My deep line wrinkles are gone. I've been using this product now for a year or more and love it. I am 61 yrs old and people can't believe it.
