Good for the whole family
It is a good cherry flavored liquid, easy to adjust the dosage. My husband takes a dropper full and usually falls asleep within a half hour, but sometimes he takes another dropperful if he is still awake. I prefer to listen to my favorite audio book first and then take 2-4 drops, because I use very low doses of supplements.
