Purchased the Book to gather information on Playing the Gongs. I have enjoyed this information and have practiced much. It is much more than just Striking the Gong its about the group receiving the vibrational sounds. This Information and much more is written and explained. Master Benton has opened his Heart and has shared a great deal of good information in his writtings I Thank you. Teaching Gong Yoga is a book to be read more than once and a good study guide. Book is Easy to Understand and Stay Connected with.
