  The seller dropped the package off within 4 days, and it arrived shortly after. The package had minimal packaging however, but when shown this, the seller quickly apologized, and offered a partial refund. Great quick customer service, and I appreciate everything.

  Seller lied about dropping off the item but in fact didn’t ship until estimated delivery date was past and I made multiple inquiries about why the shipping status remained “pre-shipment, awaiting item”. Only after I opened an INR case and two days later status changed to “usps picked up”. Communication was sporadic and response was vague. Never made an effort to inform ahead; only reactive and very slow. Terrible packaging - cpu wrapped in a bubble bag - consider you lucky pins weren’t bent.
