  Still waiting for my refund. I bought a church and a dragonfly inn and they both arrived very damaged. This is nothing you can glue back together, it's chips and powder in the bottom of the sack from pieces that broke off enroute. Sent pictures of both items within minutes of opening the package and the seller agreed to give me a refund but I haven't seen it yet. I got an email saying to contact customer service next, so this to me is not good service.

  Item return 4/24....for a full refund. Buyer did not understand the refund policy procedure by ebay. Hopefully we have a happy customer now.. FedEx was a little rough on this package. You got an email to contact Customer service since you did not know how to return your item and get a free shipping label after 15 emails giving you explicit instructions on "how to".
