Big disappointment and no help
Terribly written book. Author repeated the same information over and over again, and didn't offer any good advice really. He mentioned options, which we already know, like physical therapy, surgery, good diet, etc. But I didn't really learn anything from this book. And then when I was half way finished, I realized I WAS finished, because the second half was a repeat of the first, only in bigger print. Very disappointing, and a very short book as well.

Boring book.
I really tried to like this book, but just couldn't get interested. I found it very dull and uninteresting.

Poor quality and not a good looking hat.
This hat arrived in the mail in a regular padded envelope, and was squished pretty flat. I tried to pop it back into shape, but even so, as I did, little pieces were crumbling off of it. It is very poor quality and I'm glad I didn't pay more for it. It should have been priced at $5 or less. Very cheap and ugly hat. Maybe ok for a costume.
