  The item reached me in a broken state. Visually, the box is badly dented. It can be seen that the device was not packed correctly and safely enough. I provided the necessary pictures of the broken item, which cannot be used. The seller offered to refund 10% of the value of the item. I was not satisfied with this offer and I asked to refund the full cost or send a similar item and return the broken product back.
