You would think they would communicate after an issue like that, but they sparsely gave me updates or useful information. The shipping was incredibly slow and their communication with providing the tracking and updating shipping information was rude and bad customer service. In the end they refunded me after telling me another item was shipped Do not buy from this seller!

The mixer was falsely advertised as a kitchen aid mixer. The seller willfully and knowingly infringed on the trademark which is unlawful. When I received the shipping box and opened it up the mixer was labeled as an AceKool mixer with a different model number altogether different from a kitchen aid . I received absolutely no help from eBay to secure a return shipping label.
