Had mine several years...still amazing!
I bought mine several years ago at a close out store before they were popular. We have moved it once with no problems. It was originally on an outside covered porch, which was not as nice, but is now in a sun room that is heated and cooled.
This is truly one of the best investments I have ever made! I love it.
I use this with the scented Epsom salts soaking powder type (approved for spas) and have had no problems at all. We keep the chemicals checked and wash out the filters weekly. You can clean them well or replace them as needed. Either way, I would highly recommend this product to anyone wishing to own an inexpensive hot tub, who doesn’t want jets pounding them (jets are incredibly painful for me) and enjoys the experience of bubbling, soothing water and a long soak in a crystal clear and clean hot tub.
The best thing though is that you never have to worry about who else has been in the hot tub and what germs they have left behind. I love that I can get in this hot tub and simply soak until my hearts content without worrying about anything.
Should mine ever go out, I would certainly buy another!

There's so much nicer than I expected. They are an excellent buy. I would recommend this company for this product any day!!!
