Good all around toe clips.
Very nice acceptance of the foot into position and holding it there. Very easy to slide the foot out. What is yet unknown is whether or not they hold up. I have only had them on the bike for a couple of weeks. They seem sturdy enough, but we will see after I drag them on the ground a few times while getting myself situated on the bike before turning them upright. All good so far.
Maybe I will upgrade to 5 stars.

Great cushioned ergonomic grip bar ends.
Soft ergonomic grip, easy on the hands. Multiple positions of comfort, including a rest for the heel of the hand. Best bar ends that I have used.
