Why war? The answer!
I did doctoral work in history so consequently I do expect a certain degree of credibility as well as readability in any work that focuses on any historical period. This book is excellent! Look anywhere in the human historical record and war will be present. As a student of history one simply finds war as a given. It’s absence for a long period is always noteworthy. Here in one very well written volume is an explanation of why this human truth is so. Even if you are bored with history and morality and the human condition—READ THIS BOOK.

Great traditional fishing float container around!
I have an avid interest in antique and English fishing floats for traditional approaches to fishing for the fun of it rather than for the tonnage. These tend to be long and tall. Reed, porcupine quill, various bird quills, etc. are often used. These collapsible plastic brush cases are fine for artists brushes, but they are just as good with the type of fishing floats I like to use. You can find others, some much longer, but never at this good of a price. An excellent product.
