Replaced broken one
The first one I had lasted several years. Then the chuck got stuck. I found the replacement on eBay so I should be OK for another few years.,

Cheapest perfornance upgrade
Large enough to contain the basic operating system whether Win 10 or Linux. System spedd increases a lot.

Great to improve older computer
This is great to improve an older computer. The SATA I is fine for this purpose, that's all my hardware can handle anyway. Still significantly faster.
