Stopped working after 5-6 months.

All was well until the other day when I unplugged it and when I went to use it again, it was useless. I noticed that it's half the weight of an original. At the cost, you'd be wasting your money if you bought a new one every 4-6 months ( I saw another person's stopped working after 3 months) when one from Apple costs 3 times as much but lasts many years longer.
