1 of 1 found this helpful This phone looked very cheap and used when I received it, there was very little information about how to use the phone at all - apart from a cheaply printed leaflet, which only gave the very basics! But the worst thing was.. I brought this phone for my mother so I deliberately brought this phone because it said it was 'unlocked and ready to go'....yet the whole phone was set in polish so I was unable to do anything with it, it was definitely not cleared down and ready to use as suggested in the advert!!! So I brought a phone especially, charged it and went to use it and was unable to do anything, I had to ask a polish friend how to do the most simple things and even then - there were still elements she didn't even understand!!!! I will be sending this phone back - please read my message and reply to me advising me the best way of sending this back to you!
