  Handbag was nicely packed but when I Received the bag it looked clearly used,the leather did not hold its shape there were creases,and the strap was flimsy with no stiffness,a piece of debri came from inside, contacted the seller and their response was very blunt and rude"send it back"no apologies from the seller,they asked me to send it back but I have to pay for the postage,I got eBay involved because I wasn't getting anywhere, not a pleasant experience.

  I have never had negative feedback. I gave an honest description but the buyer wasn’t happy with the bag. I have never used this bag. This size does not hold its shape and any creases are from storage. I agreed to it being returned. Out of pocket with two lots of postage. And he still leaves negative feedback. Not fair
