Solid, no nonsense pack with great, useful features
This is my second Rush 72 (still using my first one but for dirtier, grimy activities). The pack is strong, well made and very convenient, especially for travel as a carry on.
I've owned many packs over the years from different manufacturers, made in various locations and the Rush 72 is the first one in which I've bought another of the EXACT SAME MODEL.
It's actually a plus for me that this is made in Vietnam. Every excellent pack I've had was made there. Seems they have something down when it comes to making military grade packs and I'll bet it has to do with struggling against the Japanese, French and then Americans for decades.
Do yourself a favor and get the Rush 72 if you need a solid, reliable pack that carries A LOT of gear with comfort.
