Trouble programming

Programming the key fob for my 2015 F250 was very easy. I have yet to get the keys cut but I'm confident that this will be easy enough. Update: Key cutting went bad, one will not turn, the other turns to the start position but does not start the truck. I assume the programming is not coding to allow starting. I've seen comments on the web stating that 2 original keys are needed for programming. More research needed...
