Well illustrated and covers full body fitness at different fitness levels.

Very large book with great step by step illustrations. I mean like almost every one of the 288 pages! From beginner, intermediate to advanced. Some very easy workouts to get started and advanced workouts as you progress. Great price used on eBay.

Strong signal.Simultaneous 2.4 and 5.0 GHz signals. I like the online setup. You can set security changes, add a guest wifi to protect your personal settings, change the channel of your WiFi if too many people are on that frequency, etc.
