So far so good
I've had it installed for about 3 weeks and it has been working well. Nice to have all my buttons and back-lighting working again!

I little spendy but a good fit
Hard (if not impossible) to replace an after-market part in my experience. This fits perfectly and, since it's the first time I've had to replace it on my 2000 4Runner, I am not too concerned about the higher cost than a regular blade.

OK, but not like the real thing
I bought this because no one in my area seems to carry pigs feet. This pad will work well for most dermal suturing (simple interrupted, mattress, running) but not so great for subcuticular or deep dermal (buried). Sutures which are too fine (5-0 or thinner) may easily cut through the material, but you should be OK with 3-0 or larger.
I have used other pads and, to be sure, there is nothing like the real thing. This is better than having nothing at all.
