  Only positive as it's not the seller fault. This item never arrived and I had to be refunded by eBay. This was a valentines present, when it was clear I wasn't arriving I purchased new Yema watch from france and was hit with a £68 customs charge. Never ever again will I buy a watch on eBay. Over a month for a refund. Just not good enough. From what I love read the post office will refund quicker than this seller or eBay. Very very poor performance, with limited communication very frustrating
