  Item is new and unused in the package. Seller took my offer at a discount because you never know if a older used item has any issues. I understood that and because the lower accepted offer, I was willing to take a gamble on this new , older part in the original packaging. It looks perfectly new. In my case the # 1 port does not work. At the price the seller accepted from me, I am fine with it. It still was a good deal . Great seller and I will certainly use them again. Not there fault .

  The item was never used. if you want i will send a used one we have here. the item has been in a drawer for years. maybe just needs to try moving switch in several positions . you dont have to send back.. we try to be honest. we been a ham from 1958. so rreply fred/ n6hrw
