  A mixture of happiness and disappointment but that has nothing to do with the seller. I received my parcel which seemed to be really well packaged but upon opening it, I realised that the Victorian resin house had been damaged in transit. I immediately contacted the seller who was very apologetic and gracious in refunding me half the price I originally paid. A welcome and unexpected response, thank you. The seller has taken this up with the courier. Clearly it was not taken care of in the post
