Good...... for a year or 2.
It's a poor design that places the blower motor too close to the heating element and the heat basically cooks it. We are currently on our 3rd blower in about 10 years of light use (less than 10 hours a week for 4 or 5 months of the year). But because it is the only one that fits, you're stuck with it. Thankfully I got the last one 'new-in-box' off Ebay for $80, otherwise you can figure on double that. And that's just for the fan - it doesn't include the heating elements. I wouldn't recommend this blower to anyone, but when it's the only choice what are you going to do? It is by far the weakest link in an otherwise decent fireplace (and one of the worst products I've had to buy EVER), but without it you have an overpriced nightlight. Dimplex should - at the very least - stand behind their product when it's clearly as bad as this.

Not meant for older version 301s but.....
These are very well designed and extremely sturdy brackets. And while they are made for the newer style 301 cabinets, they can work on the older ones:
The backs of the newer 301s are flush with the sides, whereas the backs on the older 301s are inset about 3/8" or so. To make these brackets work on the older style, just fasten a shim to the back of the speaker that is thick enough to be flush with the sides, then screw the brackets to the shim. Pretty simple and a very clean-looking install. Worked great for me.

Great for a stiff guitar
I never tried these until after I bought a guitar that already strung with them. It was kind of a lightbulb moment. They're great for a guitar that feels a little stiff with a regular set of 10s.
