Good pickups I Think...
1 of 2 found this helpful I am a guitar player and I use the bass for my songs playing simple grooves. I am not good bassist. When I took of my epiphone tobias pickups I noticed that Wilkinson looked cheap and not well build and the fact that there is no ground cable scared me. The big difference in construction and build quality made me think that I will regret this. When I plugged the bass to my soundcard through my daw I saw that the noise level was the same with the stock pickups. But much more output and much more clarity and better dynamics. For the price I think they are ok. Because of the built quality be careful how you handle them. At the neck pickup because I was sloppy with the cover I cuy the cable that conects the coil to the base. I was lucky thiugh and I managed to fix it even though the cable is like hair...
