Unsatisfied customer
It connected easily, but it quits recording the video and intermittently drops the microphone. Overall, I am not satisfied.
I am a Middle School Art Teacher, teaching remotely from Arizona (my students are in San Diego). I relied on this Lumens doc camera to record my lessons, as well as for live demonstrations, but has become unreliable, oftentimes quitting but giving nor warning alert.
Several of my demonstrations were not usable and I've had to shorten the amount of time for each lesson.
