Modern day "alright,"
I am still going to read all of the books this man has written, but I didn't find this one to be all that good. The title made me think this book was going to be a powerful book about dealing with mourning, but it has nothing to do with that. It seemed like a whiny break up book that people might appreciate having gone through a high school break up. I only enjoyed 5/118 of the poems.

Short
It's a TED TALK turned into a poetry book? I didn't find the poems that charged. It wasn't really poetry to me, but rather just small bits of "wisdom." There was nothing deep or personal about it, which is the most appealing aspect of poetry to me. It would make a cute enough gift to your daughter, maybe?
