Not effective
I was very excited about this for its great inci list and compatibility with sensitive skin. However, I saw absolutely no effect – it doesn't hydrate, doesn't do anything, for me.

Will repurchase.
My sensitive and dry-prone skin absolutely adores this toner. It's really gentle and leaves the skin with a plump, calm feel. Layers like a dream if you want some extra pampering.

2 of 2 found this helpful Honestly the best cleanser I've ever come across. Was a bit hasty of the higher price point at first, but this is so generous that the smallest drop goes a long way. My skin gets easily irritated with cleansers – this is extremely gentle but leaves the freshest, clean feeling.
