    Product is great but seller never replied to repeated communication. I did reorder from them once price of product changed and high shipping per item was removed. I didn’t want to buy 10 items w/a $10 shipping charge and then discover that if I didn’t get what was advertised. A little communication goes a long way. Would have bought all 11 first time had they taken time to respond.

    The Dermilogica Dermal Clay Cleanser was delivered earlier than expected and was shipped with care, excellent quality condition and exactly what I expected appearance wise inside and out. Seeing as product was discontinued it was still fresh. Cost a bit more but I get it due to supply and demand. This seller had the most reasonable price and had good ratings. I highly recommend the product and the seller!! Would definitely buy it and from them again!!

    I ordered and paid for this item back on March 16. As of today, April 4, I still do not have the item. I have messaged the seller and asked for an update on the status of my order, and as of today, April 4, still have not heard back from them. Obviously, I have been duped. Lesson learned. My advice: DO NOT do business with this seller!

    Everything about this listing was confusing - I was never sure if I was getting one or two or four items. Worst, it says 9.99 for shipping, even after you click that you want 2 items, but they charged 19.98 for shipping two items in a single box. A total rip-off. I can't believe I fell for it. I should have just bought the darned things at CVS.

    I have made several previous comments unaddressed. This seller appears misleading as they have charged a rate for shipping that would have indicated priority delivery but did not. They failed to respond to inquiries.
