    Stephan offers an INCREDIBLE service. He email/TXT'd me immediately with instructions on how to remove and ship the display. It took USPS about 4 days to go from NJ to FL. I'm pretty sure he repaired it the same day! Then 4 days shipping back. The Repair method should always come before Replacement. Help the environment. $200 is much better than $1000 for a NEW display. And better than $4k new automation computer. It's been working for a month so far, no issues. Thank you! -Mike R

    The part was exactly as described. Installation instructions were easy to understand and worked perfectly. This fixed my display issue for a fraction of the cost the pool company wanted. Shipping time only gets 1 star because of the US Post Office NOT the vendor. Shipping from Bradenton, FL to Bokeelia, FL should only take 2-3 days, except when the USPS decided my package needed to see Phoenix, AZ too. Package took over a week to arrive. Maybe offer other shipping options.
