  Brilliant, this is the second set of these covers I've had and they are great, really hard wearing (we have 2 dogs) and wash and dry really quickly. Super quick delivery, a day sooner than expected, well packaged and I have to say very well priced. I'm sure I paid more for the last set a few years ago and that doesn't happen very often. Excellent communication and service, thank you very much, highly recommended.

  Hi my name is Joyce Thompson, i have recieved the cushon covers i ordered from you ,they are lovely ,just one complaint ,the delivery man pressed the intercom to get into the complex ,i answered to open the main door . he left the parcel just inside the main reception, i live on the other side of the building and unable to get it as i am a ederly and disabled, the management has put 2 notices on the main doors telling them to deliver to the named flat, please can you talk to your couriers.

  A bit of a mix up about where my parcel was, may have been delivered to MY neighbours address , as stated, on his back doorstep, my back doorstep has a tree covering the the side entrance . I also have a front doorstep, where all my deliveries are placed. I am In all the time. So no need to leave with neighbours. Never-the less. I now have my parcel In my possession. Very quick service thank you. Good quality. AAAAA+++++.

The mat was well protected and came shown on the eBay shop. It was in perfect condition and is exactly what I wanted. The mat has greatly improved my hallway.   Sorry to bother you but I was under the impression that I had ordered a pair of curtains from your company. Order arrived fine states on the packaging one pair of curtains and tie backs as stated in your advertisement. The only problem is that I received 2 tie backs but only 1 Curtain . As you can understand this only covers half the window. Can you please send me the other Curtain as it looks uneven. Thank you for your help in this matter. Yours lan Ratcliffe.
