Quick setup griddle!!
Good griddle!! Easy to put together and operate! The secret is to season the grill a few times before actually cooking with it! We used some cooking oils and heated it the griddle up to pretty warm and kept applying the oil till it cooked into the griddle!! After cooking, spray water on grill and scrape off excess into the grease tray, then wipe down!!
