Best slotted screwdriver. Period.
I hate slotted screws, but they are are unavoidable. Cushioned grip is not so large a diameter that they don’t fit in my pouch. Knurled shaft is the best feature (especially on phillips). 10mm wrench compatibility for extra leverage and torque. Clear markings at the end.

Normal, Except that it is the best.
It is a normal #2 Phillips head screwdriver, except that it is the best. I bought this one to replace one that I lost. It has a machined tip that I need to fit screws on the sides of network switches. It has ribs on the shank that help you to spin machine screws. The rubberized handle holds up well and the diagram of the tip type on the back should be useful to most, but my drivers go into the pouch handle first.
