Best Tripod I've Ever Owned
Two camera mounts in one: both a sturdy tripod, and a handy monopod. In places where tripods are not permitted, having a monopod is extremely handy. The included carrying case is quite nice and well-designed, but the tripod barely fits in it, and so it takes a bit of fidgeting to get the tripod back in the case and zip it up. But that minor complaint is my only one: everything else about the tripod is top-notch. The included ball-head camera mount is very easy to use and smooth-moving.

Very simple flash
pretty much on/off functionality - nothing fancy, but easy to master. combine it with a diffuser for best results.
