Works fine but...
This Heat sink works fine and the price is good, but It can not be used for procesors with high temperatures.
I tested it with two CPUs (on the same motherboard with socket LGA775) I've tested it with a Pentium IV 3.00 Ghz and it was good enough; not super, but good according to the price. However I've tested it with a Pentium D 945 3.40 Ghz, it was not able to reduce the temperature to acceptable values, also the machine shut down by the temperature (it was over than 100 degrees Celsius).
The problem seems to be that this heat sink does not have enough metal to dissipate the temperature generated by the CPU and also the contact surface is small in comparation with the CPU.
So, I don't recomment this product if you plan to use it with a CPU that produces high temperatures.
