0 of 5 found this helpful phone screen will start jumping and will change to different mode. phone also was not cleared , still had pictures and other information including pass words. had 4 different active programs running to track previous owner, and business. i needed a phone quick, but this taught me a lesson about how used phones are used. i will not ever trade in another phone, it will find the hammer
