The heel is quite stiff so I will need to wear them some to see if they stay that way or if they will relax a bit. The still heel is higher that the rest of the insert, so it has an odd feeling for me.

Inspiring journal
This journal guides your thoughts and then leaves room for your own random thoughts. It helps to focus on the positive around you, within you, and for the coming day. The focus on things to be grateful for is good as well. I like it and recommend it.
