Remote
The remote that came with the machine would not operate the machine. I checked the remote with my smart phone camera and it is sending out a signal. I have another Philips machine and its remote worked this machine so it appears the remote that came with the machine is not programmed for it. I had ordered a separate remove but it was identical to the one that came with the machine and it would not operate the machine either.
