Brilliantly written
2 of 2 found this helpful Funny, sadness, loss, corny, morals, dark sense of humor, morbid, family values, bag of mixed emotions, lots of death in many different ways. Do plug your ears if you are not in to a lot of swearing. Can 'hit home' in several ways both happy and hurt depending on what you take out of the episodes. I do not know if they could have pulled off five seasons of "Dead Like Me" for what goes on in the series with so many twists and turns it could have burned out trying to figure out 'another' way to die; it would have been interesting to see what a third season may have held in store.

Problem with the DVD manufacturing in itself.
Here is an interesting problem.
The seller sold me what he believed was the right DVD.
When I got the DVD, the case, the labeling ON the disk and the MENU on the disk, was for "Sex Starved Panty Raid". COOL.
When the DVD started to play, it was in fact, "Sex Starved College Girls #3".
NO ONE involved with the auction's problem. It was manufacturing at the factory, that unless the seller watched the video first, he would have not known of the error.
Because of this, I cannot give a good or bad review of the DVD.
No idea if this particular part of the GGW series is ALL this way, or I have a 'fluke'.
I cannot review this, because of this, but wanted to put a warning out in case someone else bids should another one show up on eBay.

Fun and great reality.
I already have a copy. I got this to share with others since it is "OOP".
Besides some neat 'fairy tail' type stories, that for being printed in 1977, I found several of the chapters to be quite compelling and forward looking in to this century on how computers can be dangerous to people. (One chapter where the person SO DEPENDED on his unit, that when he lost his pocket size unit, he "lost his mind".)
Goes with the book from George Orwell, "1984", and a song from the 1960's from "Zager and Evans", "(In the year) 2525".
Well worth reading for a book published far before public / individual computers became main stream.
