OEM software takes work
OEM disc installed OK on a Dell machine. Had to grab NIC & sound drivers off Dell website. This sp1 version needed 189 updates to bring up to date! Takes a long time to download and install, even over a fast connecion. Also had to deal with activation headaches, which came up later. Ended up activating over the phone w/ a live MS agent. Thankfully this seller included clear instructions for dealing with activation. In the end, it all worked.

Rfurbished unit. Good buy.
2 of 2 found this helpful Refurbished Verizon unit w/out sim card. Been using it for about a month. Strictly over wi-fi, Decent speed and capacity. Upgraded to Android Marshmallow. Grabbed a couple of basic apps. Installed a 64Gb Sandisk memory card. Now and then the home button acts flakey. Otherwise, so far so good. Generally happy with it.
