    IMO, one of the most horrendous sellers I’ve ever had to deal with in my 25+ years on eBay. Continually messages me after I asked them to stop. I have filed a formal complaint against them for continual harassment. Does not follow through with quick shipping and makes excuses as to why my purchase was not shipped. Cannot recommend the seller.

    I expected shipment Monday. She didn’t ship it till Wednesday. This seems to be her modus operandi if you look at her other negative feedback, she takes her sweet time and shipping, and I simply commented that I expected shipping to be a little quicker than how slow she took to ship it. Now she’s freaking out and yes, I do expect quick shipment. I paid quickly. I expect my item sent in a timely manner and it wasn’t. Instead, excuses were made. She deserves the negative feedback. Watch out.

Didnt really work irritate neck area
still reacted to capstar 3 days after application that means it didnt repel fleas I put this on 2 different cats and both are still scratching the application area after 3 days

I AM DONE WITH PURINA ~ THEY CHANGED THIS FORMULA 6-20-18
THIS FOOD IS NOT AS GOOD AS THE LAST FORMULA ~ it does not provide the low odor poop I was getting with the old formula. Several changes were made to the recipe I used this for YEARS and in June 2018 they changed the bag AND THE FORMULA ~ WITHOUT MARKING THE BAG ~ we are still trying to recover from this at my house! They did this in the middle of kitten season ~ they changed the formula of a food right when so many people were relying on a consistent diet as a SAFETY requirement ~ KNOWING it will cause DIETARY DISTRESS and diarrhea ~ which I nearly had controlled in my rescue foster kittens that came from a situation where they had been eating dog food! The change in the food put us all the back to square one with my fosters. I WONT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY ANYMORE ~ they change the food too often and do it without any regard for the people using it.
