  BEWARE!! The seller listed a price for the item with “or best offer.” I made an offer and the seller NEVER contacted me to accept or reject the offer. I purchased the item at full price. When it arrived, it was missing an item that had been promised. I reached out to the seller and was told I would only be offered a partial refund. I informed the seller I wanted to return the item for a full refund per EBay’s policy. The seller NEVER responded and EBay had to intervene 3 days later.

  We actually did respond. We were kind & offered the buyer a partial refund for the missing item. The buyer declined and demanded a refund, clear case of buyers remorse. Ebay rep said to let the case go to them.
